Order Picking
Order Picking allows mobile users to assign unplanned tasks to themselves. The list provided to the mobile worker shows all unplanned tasks that are available within the territory of the resource.
To show the menu entry for the Order Picking functionality in the mobile App set the (resource-) process flow preference showOrderPicking to true for those resources where you want to enable Order Picking:
