Task actions
Task actions can be carried out on every task. Right-clicking on a task in the timeline, the stop list or in the data management area opens a popup menu with various actions.

| call | Opens the mobile app on the device or an extern phone-software. | |
| details | Shows all task details | |
| Note | With the note option you can send messages related to the task to a predefined e-mail distribution group. Note categories with stored email recipients must be set up by the administrator. | |
| Option Request | Shows feasible appointments (as a list of options) for the respective task , taking all defined conditions into account. | |
| Change Task | Change selected task parameters, e.g. at the earliest / latest time window, the estimated duration, fixed deadlines, etc. | |
| Cancel | Cancel the task. | |
| Unplan | Remove task from planning. | |
| Copy Task | Copies the current task (if desired with task items, itemsPlanned). A new task is added to the list of unplanned tasks. | |
| Report | Open the external or internal report (usually the service report or delivery note in PDF format) | |
| Add Position | This function allows adding an itemPlanned to the selected task. A new window opens in which you can enter all information required to create a new itemsPlanned attachment. | |
| Change Status to | Manually changing the task status. Only the status transitions that are allowed for the respective task status are offered. | |
| Resend all reports | Resends the service report and any form reports for this job to the customer (only for closed jobs) | |
| Show on map | Available only for unplanned tasks. Displays the selected job on the map. | |
| Focus in timeline | Available only for planned tasks. Focuses the selected job in the timeline. |
