Getting Started

The Getting Started section provides a good starting point if you are new to OMD Go.

Configuration

The OMD Configuration Guide describes the preferences and settings available to each OMD configuration. Consultants and key users involved in setting up OMD configurations to meet customer requirements can use this document as a guideline during the setup and customization of the default behavior of the customer's environment. This document does not contain technical implementation details nor does it provide a manual to end-users.

Integration

The Integration Guide document describes how OMD can be integrated with existing ERP systems. It provides details on how entities can be posted to OMD and how to receive information from OMD.

The level of integration is case-dependent. Usually, the minimum set of entities are Tasks and Task Attachments.

For details on how to adjust a configuration to specific customer requirements, refer to the Configuration Management document.

Attachments

The Attachment Reference Guide contains descriptions for all task and trip attachment subtypes used in OMD Go. The intended audience consists of business and integration consultants.

Manuals

For a brief training on how to use OMD Go, read the User Manual.

Mobile

The OMD Mobile Configuration Guide describes the preferences and settings available for the OMD Mobile Application. Consultants and key users involved in setting up OMD configurations to meet customer requirements can use this document as a guideline during the setup and customization of the default behavior of the customer's environment. This document does not contain technical implementation details nor does it provide a manual to end-users.
